Ultra-thin metal sleeves

High-functionality, ultra-thin metal sleeves. With stainless steel as the main component, they are flexible, sturdy, durable, flat, conductive, heat resistant and responsive. Extremely thin at only 0.03 mm, they conduct heat whether warm or cold, and Dymco succeeded in making them sturdy and smooth enough to flexibly resist nipping. They provide high performance and speed when used in heat fusing rolls, film sheet forming rolls, lamination and other printer and copy machine parts. Given their high performance, these ultra-thin metal rolls are a great addition to corporate policy to reduce energy use and implement environmentally friendly measures.

Our ultra-thin metal sleeves can be produced from 0.03 to 0.3 mm thick, 20 to 300 mm in diameter and up to 450 mm long. Currently, our R&D team is working on a material 0.3 mm thick with diameters of 1000 and 2000 mm. With precision dimensions and weld-free seamless workmanship, these metal sleeves have a high tensile strength and springiness for durability. Especially, stainless steel sleeves are more durable and cost efficient under high temperatures than nickel electroforming. In addition to SUS 304, 305 and 316 stainless steel materials, titanium and stainless steel-copper bimetal are used as the base materials.
